On February 27, 2020, at the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the USM, within the RESTART Project (no. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to improve the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA), the fifth Session of Career Guidance and Counseling was organized for the master students.
During the session, the masters participated in the elaboration of the career development plans, carried out the SWOT analysis in terms of professional skills and competences, discussed the professional development opportunities offered by the labor and society market, as well as the existing challenges.
As a result, 10 career guidance plans were developed in which the masters highlighted the solutions to overcome the threats and risks existing in professional growth and development.
