The modernization of the entrepreneurial education imposes the necessity to connect the educational offer of the master programs to the needs of the business environment. For this purpose, the fourth career orientation session of the master students from ASEM was organized.
The event was realized within the ERASMUS + ReSTART project “Reinforce entrepreneurship and digital skills of students and teachers to modernize higher education in MOLDOVA”. The session took place on December 17, 2019 and brought together representatives of the business environment, masters, ASEM professors, as well as guests from partner universities in Slovakia, Balti and Cahul.
During this session, Olesea Cobzari, the head of the Human Resources department, MICROINVEST and Cristina Fleștor, HR PORTAL director, familiarized the students with the particularities of career development within local companies. Stihi Liudmila, described the opportunities offered by the dual education at the professional-technical level. Renata Olejarova and Marek Macik from the Technical University of Kosice described the good practices in the field of counselling and career guidance of students from the Slovak University.
The experience of the partners provoked discussions between the participants in the session, who analysed the possible methods of developing a successful career in the entrepreneurial field and were outlined individual plans for career development.
