Entrepreneurial education is a significant factor in job creation, innovation and economic growth of the country. The Management Department, ASEM comes with a series of actions designed to contribute to the improvement of entrepreneurial education.
On December 5, 2019, a meeting of BAA students with representatives of the business environment and state institutions was organized, which aims to support entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova.
Thus, Mr. Alexandru Ciobanu (ODIMM) described the opportunities for launching and developing business for young people in the Republic of Moldova and Rodica Mustață-Staci (Fiscserinform) spoke about the importance of entrepreneurial skills in a successful career. Of particular interest was Mr. Vlad Duleanschi’s speech, which described the specifics of the entrepreneurial activity.
Also, a round table was organized during the event, attended by the members of the Management department, entrepreneurs and employers (Eugeniu Litvin, Alexandru Panfilii, Vlad Șuleanschi, Alexandru Negruța) and the partners of the ReSTART project (Tomáš Štofa – TUKE University, Slovenia and Lucia Mira Francophone University Agency, Romania). Natalia Vinogradova (from the National Institute of Research and Economics) presented the results of the survey for Entrepreneurial Education in educational institutions in the Republic of Moldova. The discussions outlined some recommendations for the modernization of the Master of Business Administration program, in order to adjust to the demands of the labor market.
