The first Career Orientation Session, in context of the RESTART Project (No. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to improve the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA), was organised at the Faculty of Economic Sciences on the December 12, 2018. About 35 participants: 10 students, 12 teachers and 13 business representatives have participated in the event.
During this event, the master students of „Entrepreneurship and Business Administration” program together with business representatives and teachers discussed issues related to the competitiveness of young specialists in the labour market, successful employment, development and professional growth.
The first orientation session was moderated by ReSTART project coordinator, Dr. Elena FLEACĂ of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Speakers were the project’s experts from the European universities / European partners – Dr. Svilen KUNEV of the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” from Bulgaria and Liliana LUPUŞOR, representing Agence Universitaire from Francophonie in Bucharest.
Within this event, the Master of “Business Administration” together with business representatives discussed issues related to the competitiveness of young specialists in the labor market, successful employment, development and professional growth. Conclusions and proposals made during the discussions will materialize in 10 career guidance plans developed by master students.
